We want you to be completely happy with anything you get from Alfieri Farms. For that reason we have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an Alfieri Farms product, you can return it and receive an exchange, replacement or refund for the full cost of the item. If your return is due to an error on our part or if an item was defective, we will refund your postage costs incurred.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is a problem with your order (missing an item, sent the wrong item, package didn't arrive, etc.) please email us or call customer service at 209-599-7382, between 8am and 6pm Pacific time, Monday through Saturday. We will replace the item or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We will do our best to handle the transaction quickly.
We try to ship all orders from our farm in Ripon, California within two business days (Monday through Friday) from when you placed your order, but turn-around time can take longer.
Why the wait? We are a small family farm that prides itself on bringing you the freshest and highest quality nuts and fruits you will ever taste. We roast and process many items on demand, and that takes time. We hope you agree - the wait is worth it!
We ship by both UPS and the U.S. postal service. We select whichever method provides the most efficient delivery of the items you've ordered.
If you prefer one method over the other, please select your preferred shipping method.
USPS Priority Mail: Expect Delivery within 2-5 days.
UPS Ground: Expect UPS Ground to take about 10 days to arrive if you’re on the East Coast, and 5-10 days if you’re in the Midwest. We need to have a physical street address for UPS.
Your shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the weight of your merchandise and your delivery destination, according to UPS and/or USPS rates for your level of service selected. We do not offer international ordering.
For delivery by Christmas 2007, orders must be placed no later than Tues., Dec. 18, 2007.
Free Delivery to San Francisco Addresses on Market Tuesdays. Just select "free delivery" at checkout and we'll bring your order to your door on the next market Tuesday. For Tuesday delivery, please call or order no later than 8am on Monday to receive "next day" free delivery to your door.
Free Market Pick-up: Just select "Market Pick-up" at checkout and we'll have your order ready and waiting for you on our next San Francisco market day! (Tues, Wed, Saturday). And, best of all you pay no shipping fee. Place your order by 4PM to receive "next day" market pick-up.
Priority Mail - After your order is shipped, you can usually expect it in 2-5 business days.
You can pay for your order with MasterCard or Visa. Sorry, we don't ship COD.
If you have requested to receive promotional e-mails from us, we will always provide you with the opportunity to "opt-out" if you no longer wish to receive future e-mails.
In the course of business, we may become privy to personal information about you, such as your address, email address, phone number and what you purchase from us. Your personal information is yours and yours alone. We do not sell, rent, give away or otherwise share our customer lists.
